Definitely more like a 4.25 - The staff was really nice, the drink selection plentiful and the short ribs were amazing. I didn’t care for the ramen broth or the fried chicken but my partner did and that’s what matters.

My boyfriend and I had a great experiences here! I ordered the chirashi bowl and absolutely loved it :) instantly reminded me of the one from Donburi Station, a popular Asian spot in Seattle. My boyfriend, who is vegan/vegetarian, got the tofu rice bowl that I took a few bites out of. Easily one of the best tofu dishes I’ve ever had, especially as someone who doesn't usually go for vegetarian options. We don’t live in the area but if we’re ever back, this place is definitely a must visit!

The tofu rice bowl was an amazing dish and a great option for vegans. The inside is also very comfortable and fun. They didn’t skimp out on the tofu either.

My overall experience at ramen and bowl was superb! The staff are friendly. The appetizers were amazing and came out piping hot. The gyoza was juicy and the takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants actual Japanese ramen.

I read on the bottom of the reviews someone said that Hokkai ramen taste better?? I disagree. This is what authentic ramen should taste. As asian I’m very particular about my asian food lol. I will say that Ramen and Bowl is one of best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever had in Washington. We ordered tonkatsu ramen and chicken karaage and... The food was very authentic and really reminds me of home! (They look so amazing too) I hope they keep the good work and stay true to the asian flavors!! Meat on the ramen was juicy and flavorful, chicken was crunchy, and the ramen broth was out of this world! All in all, great everything! For now, this is gonna be my favorite restaurant in Bellingham for sure. I highly recommend!

Came here for a date night with my girlfriend to try this place, and left feeling excited for the next visit. This place has a warm and inviting dining atmosphere, in addition to friendly staff who greet you upon entry. We ordered the chicken teriyaki, Chirashi Donburi bowl, miso soup and Takoyaki. Everything arrived very soon after ordering and it all looked beautiful fresh. Already looking forward to my next visit to this spot. Thanks Ramen And Bowl!

Super convenient for stays at Hotel Leo. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was excellent as was the fried chicken appetizer which has a hint of ginger and is so moist inside but crispy outside. Ramen was perfect spice level, very flavorful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, chill atmosphere, super good and affordable menu, and the ONLY place I know where you can get chicken teriyaki late night
